About this person
I am a full-time horticulturist whose work requires reliability, early starts, and a strong sense of responsibility, all of which I take great pride in. I maintain a steady routine focused around work, stability, and creating a calm, well-kept living environment.

I am currently living in Donnybrook, which leaves me with a commute of over an hour each way to work. Because of this, I am looking to move closer to my workplace to improve my work-life balance, reduce travel fatigue, and continue building a more settled and sustainable routine. Over the past year I have been focusing heavily on personal wellbeing, stability, and creating a healthier balance between work and home life, and finding a home closer to work is an important part of that next step.

I also have a small elderly Shiba Inu named Yumi. She is very quiet, gentle, and low-maintenance these days, being partially blind and deaf in her older age. She spends most of her time resting indoors and has always been well behaved within the home environment.

I am a quiet, respectful, and clean tenant who values privacy, communication, and looking after the property I live in. I genuinely appreciate having a peaceful home environment and take pride in maintaining spaces well, paying rent on time, and being considerate of neighbours and those around me.

I am ideally looking for a long-term rental where I can settle in comfortably, continue focusing on my career, and build a stable and positive future.
Compatible people
I think a good flatmate is someone who is respectful, reliable, and easy to live with. For me, that means communicating openly, keeping shared spaces clean, being considerate about noise and personal space, and contributing fairly to the household. I value a calm and comfortable home environment where people can relax and feel at ease rather than feeling like they have to walk on eggshells. I think consistency, honesty, and consideration go a long way in making a house feel like a genuinely good place to live.
Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to cook for myself and have some of my own furniture
