Regarding my situation:
I am currently on a Working Holiday Visa.
I have recently applied for employer sponsorship through the restaurant where I work and I am currently waiting for the answer .
If necessary, I will also have a Bridging Visa while the application is being processed. The migration agency assisting me, Atlas, has successfully managed many similar cases,in the same restaurant so at this stage it is simply a matter of waiting for the official approval.
In any case, I will be remaining in Australia long-term, whether through sponsorship, a student visa.
I currently work as a Trade Waiter Restaurant and am being considered for a promotion. I work approximately 40 hours per week on a casual contract and expect to move to a full-time position once my visa process is finalized.
