Hiii! my names Rachel (rach) i’m 31, 32 in nov.

(Will fill this in with more details about me later- i’m making this profile to look for places quite urgently so i can move quickly due to my appt randomly flooding & a few ongoing distressing living situations that i’m trying to get away from.

THE MOST IMPORTANT DETAILS FOR MY NEW SPACE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
Looking for a large master room with my own ensuite (preferred) or own bathroom with aircon. more than happy to pay extra than the asking rental price for the master + ensuite if the room situations have to be switched out. it is understandable if they can’t be, i have just never not had my own space before.
an outside space would be great eg. small balcony, patio, grassy area etc but not required.

Due to the flooding into my room I rushed out & immediately bought all new furniture (bedroom stuff - queen bedframe, $4k mattress, rug, mirror, tv) so I don’t need my space to be furnished at all, though this is very appreciated, if it’s possible I would still love to take the room if i could swap out those very few items & somehow store the things we’ve doubled up on?

Parking is not needed. I don’t have a car so a place near public transportation is essential for me!

I have no pets to bring into ur space but LOVE all animals so if u have some i would adore them as if they were my own & would be more than happy to take care of them/walk them for u while ur working or busy :)

i pay for all my own streaming services, have high speed internet data that i use to hotspot so don’t require this either. i love to cook! for myself & others. open to doing our own things when it comes to the food/necessities or coming up w a strategy that works for the household.

Having bills included in rent is preferred but not required (tbh i’d only really use the water & electricity)

I’m a very open & honest person so if there’s more you’d like to know about me or my current situations/circumstances please message me & ask any questions at all.. i’ll happily answer without judgement. I have quite a few health issues that primarily come from living in such a high stress environment which is one of my main reasons (besides the flood) for desperately & urgently needing this move.

I buy all my own food & necessities but happy to do a big group shop if that’s been your usual routine. my food preferences are usually non dairy milks, tend to stick to gluten free (if i can) & eat as healthy as possible! i love to cook breakfast & dinner meals for myself (would love to make meals for the household to come home to or do designated meal nights to keep things fun/interesting around the house)

I have my own queen sized bed + very expensive mattress so i’d prefer to keep those for my space. I have a beautiful rug, large tv (with wall mount or without) full length floor mirror (can be mounted) & some other furniture that can be utilised in bedrooms or living spaces eg. another tv, cabnits/consoles etc.

I understand most places will come fully furnished but due to the flooding in my current appt, i have had to just buy all new furniture so i really don’t want to leave these behind or store them. If i can utilise these in my space that would be my most ideal situation!
