G'day! I'm a qualified carpenter working full time, plus a small side business making wooden pieces on a little CNC machine. The CNC is housed in a soundproof box, and I keep any louder hand work like cutting and sanding to reasonable hours.
I'm after a granny flat, cottage or room, ideally semi-rural or on a bigger block, with use of a single garage, shed or lockup as a workshop. Brick is a bonus. I'm happy living on my own or sharing with one or two easygoing people.
I'm reliable, respectful, pay rent on time and keep things clean. Being a chippy, I'm also handy to have around if anything needs fixing. Budget is around $400 a week, flexible for the right place.
