Hey, I'm Josh - I work FT for the government in Health. I WFH 3x days and commute to the CBD 2x. I have to leave my home in Hawthorne so keen to find a new sanctuary. I’m pretty social and chatty sometimes, however I also enjoy some alone time to recharge. If I do veg it’ll be a long hike with a podcast or it's usually binge-watching a TV show in my room. I love pilates, outdoors, cinema & music, and love to discuss them. I like to be active but don’t need you to join me. As a seasoned housemate I am very open-minded (age, sexuality, faith/religion, music tastes) and when you get to know me I'm pretty honest and trustworthy. I respect privacy too.

Hopefully you'll be pretty chilled, open-minded, not high-maintenance, have good movie/music recommendations, and/or a love of coffee. I like a clean house (particularly bathroom & kitchen) so that would be important to me. I get along well with people who have a story or two, can be serious at times, but know when to have a laugh. Drama isn't really sought after - we've all been there with housemates and it is pretty draining. Home should be fairly peaceful and loving. Be straight up and honest and you'll win points with me. I don't like people who judge, and hope you don't either!
