I a clean, polite, quiet and slightly nerdy guy looking for somewhere I can relax and rest my head.

I have been in my last share house for the last 6 months or so however it has failed, and much to my annoyance I must once again cast my net to find a new place to reside. The house has failed due to a housemate who turned out to be toxic and a landlord who will probably end up in prison for financial fraud, therefor the gentleman who holds the lease has decided to end the least and move somewhere else with a move out date of the 3rd of December.

While get on well with the lease holder and have been invited to the next shared house he creates I would like to keep my options open, and if a good preexisting share house comes up take it for peace of mind as the one he finds may not match my requirements.

I work for a mobile car detailing company that operates in the Brisbane metro area, a job that requires cleanliness and a eye for detail even if I get home covered in the insides of dirty cars. It is a job that also requires that I conduct myself professionally with a high standard of customer service.

At home I and quiet and considerate of my other housemates, normally tinkering with my computer and all the various electronic projects I have on the fly. That said I am happy to have a chat, open to criticism and always wanting to know if I am causing any issues.

Clean and easy people who a tolerant and happy to let me do my thing, and I am the same with other people.

I am not a big drinker and often consuming even a little alcohol makes me feel sick, that said I have have no problem with other people drinking provided they are not obnoxious binge drinkers. I am not really a night-club person but I enjoy other social activities like going to bars/restaurants the cinema.

I am flexible in regards to this and happy to carry my part of the load providing such issues are clearly laid out beforehand what is expected of me. I have no problem with other peoples diets assuming they have no problem with my diet.
