My work background is in dental (22 years) and personal training (5years and owned my own business). Iv trained little ones in sport. Mostly worked weight training adults. But also run a lot of different fitness classes. I was a former body builder. I have coached boxing and done a bit of Muay Thai. Was a long distance runner. You name the sport, iv done it.

What I’m looking for:

Ideally a person who has similar traits. A home that is clean and take pride in their home. Someone who is fair with costs, house rules (if any) and boundaries. Someone who communicates well and tells me how they have the house. Ideally a house (as iv had a bad knee injury and walking up and down stairs does take its toll). What matters more to me is living with a kind, honest person/people. I would like to become friends with my housemate/s. Hang out every now and then.

I don’t have any furniture. Fully furnished would be preferable. 😊 Im looking for someone between 30-40yrs old (with flexibility).
I am flexible with these things and open to something different. 😊🫶 I do like my own space, but I do like friendly housemates that invite me out or to dinner at home.

I don’t have any furniture.

I don’t have any pets but I LOVE all animals. It’s not essential but I don’t mind sharing with someone with a pet. 😊 Either way is perfectly fine. Iv done house sitting (pre-covid) and minded peoples pets. Iv grown up with dogs, birds and fish all my life. I’m obsessed with birds too. Iv hand trained my budgie and taught him to talk when I was a kid. I love reptiles too. Lizards, snakes, turtles.
