Important personal qualities
To me, a good flatmate is someone who's respectful, easy to live with, and generally thoughtful about sharing a space. You don’t need to be spotless, but keeping things reasonably clean and being mindful of noise or shared areas makes a big difference. I really appreciate people who are open to a bit of conversation and friendly vibes, but also comfortable doing their own thing. Good communication, basic consideration, and a relaxed attitude go a long way.
Food sharing and furniture
We are happy to arrange our own food day-to-day, but open to sharing the occasional meal or cooking together sometimes if everyone’s up for it! Both not vegetarian/vegan, but totally respectful of whatever others prefer to eat.
We do not currently have any living room furniture, but happy to contribute or help furnish the space if needed!
