Hello, I'm Jay. I am a 25 year old queer man, looking for a safe, low-stress place to rest and call home.
I am eager to contribute to the household and chores around/despite my limitations.
I've worked in retail, non-profit for nearly 7 years. I am on DSP. I am grateful to maintain my job, despite my fluctuating disability, in a reduced capacity.
I prefer small company, dogs and recharge time over large gatherings + parties.
I don't smoke and essentially don't drink (maybe a glass in a year).
I can keep to myself or be down for a chat :)
I am creative and float between many hobbies including crochet, needlework, drawing and retro game handhelds, to name a few. My to-read pile is overgrown, but I love a good book 📖
I grew up surrounded by dogs and continue to treasure them. I occasionally petsit as a hobby for dogs + cats a few times a year for friends, and can't help but form special bonds with them.
