My name is Esther from Taiwan. My Chinese friend Cherry and I are two incoming master students (both female) who will be attending ANU in semester 2, seeking a residence that meets the following criteria:

Shared or ensuite bathroom

Fully furnished
Preferably inclusive of utilities (water, electricity, internet)
Location: Dickson/Belconnen/Braddon/Acton/Turner/Bruce or any area with public transport access to ANU within a 30-minute commute
Budget: $400-600 per week
Available for move-in from mid-July (around July 13-15)
Preferably a lease term of either six months or one year
