Hi I’m Linus, 25. I work part-time in retail and also freelance as a photographer. I’m originally from overseas and still get some support from my family while I’m living here. I’m quiet, respectful, and pretty chill to live with, no smoking or parties etc.
Recently, something came up with my current place, the head tenant is moving out, and now the landlord wants me to take over the full lease. That would mean managing the whole house and covering rent if I can’t fill the rooms, which is way too much responsibility for me right now. So I’ve decided to move out.
I’m looking for a spacious room with an ensuite, ideally around $200–$260/week including bills. I know that’s a bit of a rare find these days, but I’m just hoping to find something similar to what I have now.
