I hope this message finds you well. My name is Kimi. I study Nursing at the University of Canberra. I live at Palmerston currently and I would like to find a place to live for at least 3 months, starting from the 25th of June.
I am from Nanjing, China, It is a historic capital city next to Shanghai, situated on the East Coast. I love retro, art-house films, gardening, arts, cooking and reading.
I plan to get an electric piano and a saxophone to play as hobbies. I will play them at lower volumes of course.
I could provide ID and university letter of enrolment upon request, I also lived in Melba for 6 months last year and I could provide the rental lodge as well.
I would like to have my dates stay over 2-3 days a week. Other than that I would like to be by myself.
I love nature and I love animals, nothing beats the dopamine reward a furry friend gives. I also like to play goofy, silly characters as if I am in a community production of the Wiggles.

I value cleanliness and tidiness, at my current place, I always try to maintain a tidy kitchen and public space. I also do the washings most of the time and other things like gardening and vacuuming. I walk the dog sometimes and I partake in extra-curricular activities like choir and band rehearsal.
I like to cook and I like to share, I buy groceries a lot of the time and try to help out others to my best ability.
I value open communications. I am young and new at Canberra, and I value every experiences as learning opportunity and I would like to be honest and open when it comes to all interactions and communication when living in a shared accommodation.
