I’m also musician (Spanish music) I know many people (clients) from North Avocado. I had a lease in Kariong that expired a few days ago, and I haven't been able to find a place to rent yet; it's been very difficult. In the meantime, I need to find at least a room where I can just sleep and rest. I work all day, I'm a single father, and I have two children, ages 15 and 8, who are currently staying with their mother only to sleep. I share custody of the children with my ex-partner, one week she has it, and the next week I do (as stipulated in the court order). The room I need is just for me until I find a place to rent. I hope I have some luck with you in helping me resolve this situation.
