I'm originally from Brisbane, but I've been living on the Gold Coast for the past four years. I am new in Rockhampton, and looking to settle here. My friends would describe me as easy-going, analytical, and independent. In my free time, I like to spend my time outside, either alone or with others. On the weekends, I often catch up with family and friends at external activities.

I currently sold my business, and am looking for work, however I am very comfortably self funded. During the week, I'm usually in bed by 10pm and up by 6am.

‍I am a pretty social person, but I also need my alone time. I'm open to the idea of my roommates hosting friends over - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I'm keen to get to know each other; I'm not saying we have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV together and host cook outs for roommates. If you're not open to the idea of sharing a meal together every once in a while, that is fine too.

I like to keep common living spaces extremely clean. I do my dishes every day and put away my belongings when I am at home. I'm open to the idea of a cleaning schedule to keep things organised.

My weekly budget is a maximum $300 a week and I'm looking to move in early December. I would like my own bedroom, and I'm open to living with 1-3 other people. Ideally, I would the entire residence to be furnished.
