My name is Tom, I'm 30 years old and work as a security guard. Armed guard work during the week, Friday and Saturday nights bouncing in the surf coast, with a ~1x month busy period from mid December to mid January where I'll be home to sleep and then out the door again.
I keep to myself and am quiet, no pets, and am clean/tidy especially in shared spaces, and can help with garden maintenance too (provided there's a lawn mower/large tools on site).
Minimal inside stuff. Have a food dehydrator I use to make jerky and biltong, and am considering an outdoor chest freezer, if where I end up has room - both to store meal prep and bulk meat.
Do have a kayak, and am looking for a fold up trailer for it which can store flat against a wall.
Drive an EV, can charge with a standard 10 or 15 amp outdoor power outlet and can track & share with housemates it's kWh usage to ensure I'm paying that portion of the power bill before the rest is split.
Single, don't plan to move a partner in with me. No pets, no plans for pets while share housing.

Quiet and respectful. I keep to myself, do my part with shared domestic duties, and am pretty tolerant of other ways of life, just not interested in bleeding heart political activism being forced on me.

I arrange my own food and meal prep. I'm happy to get an outdoor chest freezer to keep out of peoples' way.
I'm mostly carnivore for health condition reasons, store and prepare meat and fish in bulk (hence plans for freezer), and have a dehydrator (size of a large microwave or toaster oven) to make a lot of my own jerky and biltong. What other people eat doesn't concern me, but I won't be a good fit for people offended by eating meat.
No shared furniture to bring with me. Have a power tower (pull up/dip/leg raise station) that I could bring with me, or leave behind, depending on if there is space and shared interest. I'm not fussed leaving it behind.
