Im a 37 yo Plumber working full-time in Brisbane atm. Just moved up from Victoria.
Been abit of a struggle to find a place for myself atm on the coast, so taking to the flatmate family to see if i still have abit of luck finding like minded people.
Ive travelled quite abit, lived overseas and am no stranger to sharing a space with other people, so as far as keeping a tidy space im all over it.
I work minimum 6 days a week. And im really keen to start the gym and train again, so i shouldn't be taking up to much space unless Im sleeping in on a Sunday.
Always happy to chill with other housemates or give space when needed. Usually can pick up on when its needed and i certainly won't take it personally.
Aiming to buy a property before the end of this year so it won't be long term.

Very clean and tidy, I’ll always pick-up after myself. Lived abroad and have done the flatmate thing for sometime when I was younger.
Always up for a convo and I’m pretty good at picking up when space is needed without being prompted.
