Hi there! I’m Caleb. A 38 year old single (no children) male who has just found out his lease in Hope Island is not being renewed and is now freaking out about finding somewhere suitable to live. I work full-time in manufacturing (work clothes and boots stay at work, so I don’t bring mess home with me). I also have early starts which means I’m in bed early on weekdays. I’m also a routine person during the workweek.
I’ve rented alone in Hope Island for two years now. I like it here but a new rental in this area is just too much for me to justify living alone. I drive a ute, love cars, love my electric skateboard, and am a bit of a neat-freak. I like peaceful living, quiet time and generally like to be left to ponder my thoughts for the most part. I’m never late to pay rent or bills and avidly clean as I love a clean and fresh smelling home.
I like to have a few craft beers on the weekends and listen to some music. I also like watching Netflix on my 65” tv. I have everything to furnish a two bedroom home but am able to downsize, within reason, if need be.
