I'm looking for my next home — somewhere comfortable, relaxed and welcoming, with good people and a happy household.

I'm a friendly, respectful and easy-going professional with a busy career and plenty of interests outside of work. I'm clean, tidy and considerate, and I believe that living well with others comes down to a bit of respect, good communication and being mindful of the people around you.

I'm starting an exciting new chapter of my life and I'm looking forward to finding a home that feels right. I'm open to a few months or something longer term — ultimately, I'm more interested in finding the right home and the right people than simply putting a roof over my head.

I'm generally up early and like to keep active and healthy. You'll often find me out for a surf, swim, run or walk, or heading to the gym. I also enjoy quieter evenings — watching a good TV series, having a chat, or getting a little work done on my computer.

I'm sociable and enjoy good company, but I'm equally comfortable doing my own thing and I respect everyone's space, routines and downtime. I'm happy to contribute around the house, keep things tidy, lend a hand and be a housemate who genuinely adds something positive to the home.

I'm looking for somewhere that feels less like a share house and more like a home — a place where everyone can have their own lives while still enjoying good conversation, a laugh and a comfortable environment.

I'm not looking to overshare the personal details behind my move. Life changes, chapters close and new ones begin — I'm simply focused on making the next one a good one.
