Hello friends, *ROOM WANTED LONG TERM*

My name is Kat, I work full time in healthcare recruitment and would like to relocate back to the Gold Coast.
I temporarily moved to the Sunny Coast in March this year for some temp. work commitments after having lived on the Gold Coast since 2013.

Now ready to return, I'm hoping to find a share house that is pet friendly offering an unfurnished room with a covered car park, preferably in a quiet smoke-free share house with like-minded mature ladies around my age.

My available budget is around $300 a week with bills included, if possible -- also happy to stretch the budget for a room with an ensuite.

I'm 44, female, single, very quiet, respectful, tidy and very easy to get along with. I have a 5-year-old, very small (2 kg), very well behaved, house trained chihuahua. He's the best little dog, does not bark, sleeps most of the day and is good with other dogs/animals.

I'm not a party-person, take pride in the way I live and enjoy a clean, cozy and uncluttered space to call home and relax in. --- I love good food, going for walks, shopping, weekend road trips, travelling, photography, movies and enjoy socializing over a nice chat, a meal and a glass of wine.

Originally from Germany, I have been calling Australia home since 2005.
I have been renting on the Gold Coast for the past 10 years, always paid my rent and bills on time and am happy to provide references.
