I’m a student at Griffith University and I also work part-time at a hotel. My work hours are pretty unpredictable and often include weekends.
Most days you’ll find me either working on assignments or uni projects, and I usually hit the gym when I get the chance. I’m not very social or into parties/loud music, but I do enjoy a good chat time to time.
I like to keep my space clean and tidy, and I’m respectful of shared areas. I do own a car so would prefer parking areas in or around the accommodation.

I would enjoy living with housemates who are easy-going and respectful. My schedule is a bit unpredictable with uni and work, including some weekends, so I value a calm and tidy home. I’m not into parties or loud music, but I do enjoy a friendly chat or a beer (or two) at times.
