I previously ran an organic health store in Oxford, UK.
I’ve been essentially alcohol-free for about 4 years (though I’m happy to have an occasional social drink). I’m also a non-smoker. Totally fine being around either.
In shared spaces I value the basics (basic mutual respect/understanding).
I tend to keep earlier to bed, earlier to rise, and I like to exercise/move/walk most days.
I’m in a pretty happy, optimistic phase of life!
