I’m Ahad, a 19-year-old from London, UK currently living in Broadbeach and working in Burleigh. I am on a Working Holiday Visa, I’ve been on the Gold Coast since the 30th of January and I’m heading back to the UK around mid-July. My current lease ends on the 10th of May I’m looking for somewhere for roughly two months, till I go back to the UK.
I work as a sales representative for a global pharmaceutical company, working 9 to 4 most days, so I’m out of the house during the day and home in the evenings. I take shared spaces seriously, keep things clean and tidy, and have rental history from Aus the UK.
Outside of work I play tennis two to three times a week and generally keep active. I’m sociable and easy to live with — happy to chat and spend time with housemates, but equally respectful of everyone’s space and routine.
My current lease ends on the 10th of May so looking to move in as soon as after that or even before. I also drive and have a car, so a place with parking on or off street would be great. Happy to answer any questions or provide references and proof of work/rental history.
