I am 22, I work casually at BWS and paid placements at an engineering consultancy firm in Brisbane. I do placements 3 days a week and work Sunday at BWS. That leaves the other 3 days I have free working on my thesis to graduate university so ill be stuck in my room. I do have a partner who lives in brisbane and usually stays at mine once every week or 2 but usually I see her up there. No pets, don't smoke or do drugs, I don't party at my house so no issues with being loud. Looking for a place to stay for at least 6 months so I can finish uni and land a job in Brisbane so I can move up there.
I also own my own queen size bed, I do have a desk for gaming (I would also need it to do my thesis report) and can fit in the room. I own a desk for painting as well but if there is no room that is ok
