Hey, I'm Tom. I'm just looking for a place to rent. I am quiet and usually busy and out of the house during the day, either at the library studying or generally keeping busy, enjoying my daily morning walk and running in the evening.
I am currently doing a Cert III in Disability and Aged Care Support. I am friendly, easy-going, and a positive person, and I don't mind having a laugh, a conversation, or watching a movie and winding down. I also respect people's space / privacy and am generally good at reading the room, but I'm always happy to have a chat if someone feels like talking.
I am a clean, tidy, and respectful person who understands the value of a good or great housemate. I also appreciate someone like-minded and understand that it's not just a house — it's your home and your comfort zone.
A bit of background: my experience is in trades and mechanical work, but I have had a change of interest in my career choices. I have a positive and healthy attitude and consider myself a nice and helpful person by nature, and I don't mind helping out where it's needed.
