My name is Aaron (43), and I returned to Townsville for a new job opportunity in December last year after 20 years in Melbourne. I'm a massive film and music buff. I am currently working full time. At home, I'm mostly a private and quiet person yet I'm also open to being social and heading out to dinners, movies, nights out etc. As a housemate I'm ultra reliable when it comes to rent and bills, and in common areas I always clean up after myself. Food sharing and furniture
I do prefer to organise my own food as how often I am home may vary depending on my routine. But for generic items such as cleaning goods, toiletries etc I will share the costs. Regarding furniture, I just have my own room full of items and a bookshelf which holds a DVD collection 700+ titles strong. Nothing more that needs to be stored anywhere else.
