I'm currently 30 and I'm working as an air conditioning technician so I'm pretty handy around the house. I work generally within the hours of 7 to 5 but it's variable. I'm easy going and have a large range of interests so I'm sure we'll find something to chat about. I'm generally tidy and will clean any dishes I've used on the day. Always up for a chat over a beer but also happy to keep to myself. Just depends on the house. Happy to do any work needed around the house. I specialize in aircons but I can have a crack at fixing most minor issues like leaks, blocked drains ect.
