unfortunately the so doesn't allow me to select my gender or sexuality, so I will start off that I am a Trans Women who identifies as straight (I know, get your head around that!)
I'm looking for a one bedroom one bathroom apartment in CBD or fringe. I am not looking to share, as I am extremely grumpy in the morning - maybe this be the reason I'm not married?...
I'm looking asap as my current living situation is no longer on contract and I would like to look at saving some money as I'm currently spending $600 per week in Rose Lane Melbourne CBD.
I'm friendly, professional and we'll respected in my community. I'm quiet and am very much into clean and tidy living. I have no pets. No smoking habits and I'm Not a party animal. ideally I'm a dream tenant, but my gender causes me problems to obtain a rental through the more 'standard' methods
my budget is under 500 PW and I am not negotiable on the entire occupancy
