Hey my name is Jo and I am a 34 year old female originally from New Zealand.

I'm considerate, I like my own space but also enjoy socializing. I would hope my new flat mate would be more than just someone I share a house with, but am also aware that this is a real possibility when house sharing with someone you don't know. I'm a bit of a neat/clean freak but not in an OCD way.
