Hi, I'm a full-time employed mature guy. Pretty quiet and independent but always up for a cuppa and sharing the occasional meal (I understand we can all be busy with life).
I've been around the block with share housing and I'm respectful of space, privacy, and diverse backgrounds.
Returning to share housing due to housing crisis (currently in Gippsland and finding the rental search "challenging".
I'm looking for a home with kind, considerate housemates. No loud music and parties (dinner parties and get togethers are fine!). A place to relax, WFH, study, be in your own space to decompress from the 9-5 and everything life throws at us. Share good conversations about life, the universe and everything, and allow each other space to recharge and do our things.
I work full-time in a federal government role (not a politician!). I can WFH as much as I like, so extra space would be nice.
I also write and study online (creative writing/journalism), and dabble in art.
I try to hit the gym a few times a week. I don't smoke/vape and prefer same. I'm also very allergic to scented candles, perfumes, scented cleaning products etc.
Just looking for a home with decent people who are considerate with noise and basic adulting.
