- Finally, my work sometimes need me to be out with clients till late like midnight so note that while I will come quietly
- Also, very rarely I will be in the apartment from Fri evening to Mon [or Sat to Tue], as I will be with family north of Melbourne

I am a genuine, level-headed, calm and understanding person by nature. I know that living together as flatmates is a 2 way street where talking things out and respecting each other is a key ingredient for a positive, happy stay together. And I am really not going to be there except for night, and a quick shower and out of there the next day morning
