Hi,
I’m looking for a place to stay, preferably a studio/1-2 bed or granny flat.
In an ideal world what I’m really looking for is a granny flat/1 bed/studio furnished place, decent cooking equipment, with bills included, on the eastern side of the city
I have a son aged 3 who will be with me quite frequently so that should be known ahead of time also, don’t want to cramp anyone’s style!
I work full time in construction. Paying rent and house bills are always my first priority. DIY jobs around the house that you might feel are a bit of an effort or have been putting off could be arranged also as part of me being a tenant.
I’m a very social person, and am well able to have a conversation about most things with people from any walk of life. I’m Irish but have been in Australia for 14 years, so I’m not a flight risk! I enjoy cooking, watching movies and enjoy time spent on my own also.
