I’m Jules, 38 yrs old, and from Perth orginally. I moved to Melb years ago to pursue a cheffing career back then. Recently I’ve just qualified as an electrician. It’s a career change that I think was the best decision I ever made in life. As much as I love cooking, not a great career choice lol!
I work fulltime Mon - Fri 7am-4pm, and occasionally work weekends. I’m often doing overtime so home around 6pm in that case. The company I work for is based in Dandenong South.
I’m into console gaming and board games. I’ll watch popular tv series, comedy, good movies, documentaries and AFL. I’m very adaptable. So if it’s chill time I’m all about the space. I’m very happy quietly playing my video games in my room. When it’s fun time, I’m all in and you can rely on me for a chat and drinks, I enjoy being social.
I’ve been in several share houses over the years and have the upmost respect and understanding for all that is expected including cleanliness, house security and noise levels. I am reliable with rent and bill payments - on time, everytime. I’m organised, reliable, mature and low maintenance essentially.
I have been the lease holder for the majority of my share house experience in the past, which should give you confidence that I am aware, responsible and appreciate whats expected.

I’m looking for housemates that have their heads screwed on whilst also know how to have a healthy amount of fun. I seek like minded people on a similar wavelength to me.
