Hi everyone!
I'm a 36 year old British/Aussie guy in search of a rental in Melbourne.
I've been a housemate since I was 18 and I know how to respect the people I live with, establishing boundaries and creating a harmonious household. I'm super clean and an ally to the LGBT+ community and super super pet friendly.
Health and fitness is very important to me. I'm academic, I taught myself Spanish and Portuguese and would love to practice with someone! I like hiking, gardening, general DIY stuff, practicing mindfulness, talking with people and establishing community.
I did work as an electrician full time, Monday to Friday. However, I had a motorcycle accident (16/04/25) resulting in about 14 wrist fractures.
Now I'm a psychotherapy student and work as a support worker.
References can given explaining how easy going and reliable I am to live with! I would prefer to live with 30+ non communal please, dinners and stuff is fine but I prefer to live autonomously, keeping the shared space clean and open for each other's private use. I'm very responsible with this keeping spaces clean, respectful and being responsible.

I'm very well house trained and believe in good communication. I would consider myself a great cook and occasional meal shares is nice however usually I do prepare my own meals.
