About this person
I am a 53 year old Trans Woman. i work as a mental health worker for Mind Australia. I am also studying to be a somatic sexologist. I also work as a custom exhibitions builder. I fix things , repair things, I have an electronics and computing background as well, I have tools and a broad knowledge. I work as much as I can at the moment because of the impending world events. But i want to transition into growing food and anything related to permaculture, growing food, energy self sufficiency. I am clean and tidy and require space pref 3x5meter bedroom min with cupboard space and storage in a garage or shed for my work tools etc. I am community orientated and want to build a network of like minded people to get through the coming years and use this as an opportunity to connect, for radical growth and helping others. I have no pets, or dependents and am looking for somewhere that has room for garden. I want to be as close as possable to Armadale as this is where I am working but can be more east or closer to the water if it's near a train line.... i am also in building home automations, media servers and such.

If you are horrified by what has and is happening in the middle east and have retained your humanity and empathy then we will most likely get along terrifically. I need a clean kithen bench and space to cook this is non negotiable. i am a gender and sexually diverse person and so you will need to be ok with that of course and I likewise will respect whatever your into. Description of pets
I love pets and I am open to looking after them. But if there are pets the house needs to be vacumed once a week. i can't do a fog of hair covefring the floor. If you have chickens i am impressed!
