Hi! My name is Vincent and I’m a 30 year old, Italian heritage, Aussie born professional recently moved to Melbourne from Brisbane. I have a diverse background and have studied in Performing Arts, Horticulture and Dog Training. I’ve been working in IT and I’m also a great Dog Trainer and Educator. I have a deep passion for plants, animals, cooking, the arts, crafts and music. I love video games and am a nerd at heart. I enjoy going out to explore as well as a chill time at home. Having recently moved to Melbourne, I am looking for new employment opportunities. I have sufficient funds to support myself for the next 4 months easy. I am currently subletting in Abbotsford till mid Oct (now) so I’m looking for my next, more permanent place.
Would really prefer to have some form of a fenced yard/garden as I like to grow herbs & veggies to cook in a decent sized kitchen. I need to have a larger sized room to accommodate a computer desk setup or a separate smaller room for potential hybrid WFO and WFO.
As I don't have a car down here yet I'm prioritising places that have close easy access to PTV in particular train stations.

Description of pets
Alfie is a 5yr old small-medium mixed breed who loves other animals in particular other dogs. He has been house trained (I also got lucky on how non-destructive he is), well socialised and I've done basic and intermediate obedience training with him. He, like all dogs, responds well to rules of the house. Training never stops :)
Once he knows you're a friend he will sus out who's keen for a snuggle and who gives the best pats and scratches. He is food motivated and he loves playing with his toys. Fair warning though he is armed with the cutest innocent puppy eyes :D
