I saw your ad for shared accommodation on gumtree. We are looking for furnished accommodation in Melbourne for any duration from a week to a few months. Your place looks lovely, and we are very keen on renting it.

We are two husbands. I am 38, and my husband is 40. We moved to Australia from Canada a few days ago. We are currently in Brisbane and moving to Melbourne next week.

I am Pakistani, and my husband is Chinese Malaysian. In addition to my country of origin, I have lived in the United States, South Africa, the United Arab Emirates (more commonly known as Dubai), Australia and Canada.

My husband and I were in Coffs Harbour for a year back in 2016. During our stay in Coffs Harbour, we had an opportunity to visit Melbourne for a week. What a lovely city it is! We are excited about our move to Melbourne, and Melbourne is where we want to base our new home.

We are quiet, super clean, and respectful. We are open to being by ourselves and minding our own business or socializing with other flat/housemates. We like going to the gym every day. At home, we cook and watch movies on our laptops with our headphones on. We always clean up after we cook and eat. When we lived in Coffs Harbour, I volunteered as a bush firefighter with RFS.

My husband and I own an investment property in Canada, and we understand and appreciate what a good tenant is. We believe in leaving anything we use in the same if not better condition; we pay our bills on time; we hold excellent credit scores in Canada; and we are both fully Pfizer vaccinated.
