Due to unforeseen circumstances (current housemates suddenly deciding that they wish to vacate into a new place of their own without consideration of other tenants!)
I currently am studying and working, (both part time), & get paid fortnightlyá; so rent & utility expenses are punctual and not a problem for me to manage.
Ideally, i am searching for somewhere for at least a minimum of 4-6months , while i continue to work / study in the meantime, beforev investing in somewhere longer term and permanent
