Hi, I'm Marianne, a secondary school teacher currently living in Rosebud, working almost full time. I'm looking to move a bit closer to my new job. I'm a keen runner and into being active and taking care of myself, but I also enjoy the occasional beer and burger! I'm very clean and fairly tidy, and would be looking for the same in my flatmates. I like the idea of being social and making dinner together sometimes, but also need my downtime and respect others' need for that too. I enjoy dinner and drinks out occasionally but don't tend to be out late much at all due to early morning work and running commitments. I'm a believer that home should be a calm and peaceful sanctuary so I am not looking to live somewhere with lots of visitors or a party house.
Important personal qualities
I'm looking for flatmates who are clean and tidy and respectful of communal areas, and who generally keep things lowkey and fairly quiet at home. Someone who would be interested in the occasional run or beach swim would be great! I enjoy having a chat and a drink after work and cooking together on occasion but also like my own space.

I eat everything and have no dietary requirements, but happy to be considerate if you do. Would be keen to cook together on occasion but I am also used to doing my own thing and I'm very independent.
