Hi future roomies!! I'm Taylor, I’m 22 and currently a uni student at griffith!
I work full time as an executive assistant at a real estate office, so I'm out of the house quite a bit, but i love to stop for a chat, and am a very social person!!
What I value most in a share house is a clean, easy going environment! I don't mind sharing chores and other household duties, if thats what works with the place!
I've had such a great experience with my previous share house, but unfortunately, it's a little too far of a commute for work.

Important personal qualities
I would be more than happy with living with people that come from all walks of life, however I would love housemates that are social, communicative and respectful of peoples spaces. I am a clean and tidy person especially in common areas, and having tidy common spaces (especially kitchen and bathrooms) is an important factor to me! I'm a super easy going person thats always down for a chat and I really appreciate a balance between socialising and solo time.
Food sharing and furniture
Whilst I do perfer arranging my own food, I am open to the idea of sharing food if that what the house does. Whilst I do eat meat, if the house is a vegitarian household, I am more than happy to make changes to my diet to suit the house. As for furniture, I have my bed and a few side tables.
