Hi my names Paul, I'm a single gay male currently looking for my ideal long term housemate.

I’m a very switched on fun loving, caring, honest guy.I love to enjoy life. I’m looking for a place to call home where I can feel relaxed and not have to hide or sneak around I enjoy dinners,and relaxing, and chatting bout new interesting subjects and just having fun. On a weekday/nights I like to relax at home in a nice environment and on weekends pretty much the same occasionally I may go out and about. I’m not a party boy but like my music, not into the gay scene been there done all that but I love to have a good chat and happy to have a housemate who I can become friends with or have dinner with sometimes over a wine and a movie. I am currently in share accommodation but am wanting to move in with someone asap. I’m a very clean person, always tidy up after myself and very reliable with rent and bills I’m also young at heart and get on well with people of any age. I’m a smoker, happy to smoke outside.
I’m sure I will be someone’s ideal housemate out there. I’m flexible with moving dates..

Ideally looking for a housemate who is switched on and has their life together. Someone ideallly who doesn’t mind same one home lot of the time and is a gentle person like me and likes a clean house. Someone who I can chat with and be mates with is a bonus have the occasional drink or dinner. I am looking for a happy house with no drama. This is a rental website so I’m not after anyone who just wants to go to bed or doesn’t want you as a housemate cause your not there type lol I’ve come across that a few times on here. You get all types I guess. I’m happy to share with any age. Just be normal:) and be able to communicate. Eg if you have a problem let’s talk. Also someone who can respect privacy when needed as we all need a little space.

Honest, reliable, respectful, trust building, fun loving and gay friendly is a must.

I'm happy to organise my own food but also happy to share food. I will need a bed but otherwise I'm fine for furniture.
