Hi There, I'm James. A 36 yr old bricklayer looking for somewhere to call home for a short stay of 2-3 months, possibly 6 months. I'm staying at a friend's place ATM. She has been very welcoming and helpful but it's time to find somewhere while I'm trying to find a place of my own.
I work 7-3:30 most days but generally speaking I leave before sunrise and get home after sunset. I'm clean and tidy, respectful and quiet. I enjoy conversation and socialising, but reserved and like my own space also.

Important personal qualities
I'm tidy and very respectful of communal spaces. Love having the occasional drink or meal together but I'm in a place where my main focuses are my loved ones most importantly myself. I will definitely want to have BBQs on these warm days/nights and socialise, and of course the more the merrier. At the same time, I enjoy own company so this isn't a must for me. I work during the week and some weekends.
Food sharing and furniture
I prefer to cook my own meals as I'm often not home at dinner time but would like to share a meal on the odd occasion.
