I am a 42 year old professional working as the National Customer Service Centre Manager for a construction company. I have been working for the businesses 13+ years and in the industry for 19 years. My day generally starts at 0530 at the gym followed by work from 0730 - 1600 and normally go for a swim after work. My weekends are dedicated to recharging, chores, meal prep and socializing.
