We're Innocent and Amanda - a couple in our late 30s who've called Preston home for 8 years with zero dramas and a landlord happy to back that up.

Innocent works full-time in Cremorne on a rotating shift roster - 2 days (7am-7pm), 2 nights (7pm-7am), then 5 days off - so the place gets good stretches of quiet during working blocks. Sleep and a reasonable commute to Cremorne via public transport matter to us, so location is important. Amanda manages her studies online while helping run a family business, so between us, rent and bills are always sorted on time.

When we're not working we're into music, movies, sports, getting back to the gym, and the occasional home-cooked meal - pretty easy to live with, really.

We're tidy, keep shared spaces clean, and know how to read the room - happy to socialise if everyone's keen, or stay in our lane if you need the quiet. We're after somewhere to genuinely settle in for the long haul, not a short-term stop. References from our current landlord and Innocent's employer available on request.
