Hi,
My name is Wayne, I am 69 years of age. Independent person who is in good health. I have my own vehicle.
Semi retired I do work part time in community areas after working full time in corporate firms as National Manager and Branch Manager Australia wide for over 40 years.
A respectful, quiet and unassuming person who is not judgemental.
I am a person that is hands on if and when required as I have an extensive electro mechanical background which comes in handy when and if maintenance and repairs are required.
I spend most of my spare time with my children of which there are 4 ranging from 27 to 38 years of age.
I played a lot of sport and my interest is supporting my 27yr old on his cricketing journey.
I am also a member of the Melbourne football club and signed up my two grand daughters 3 years ago. We attend home games during the AFL mens season as well as the AFLW season.
I enjoy engaging in conversation about many things life has and continues to provide.
I enjoy many genres of music, theatre etc. fortunately my eldest is a competent musician and works in the arts industry currently working in Sydney with an indigenous dance and music company as IT and booking manager.
My other 2 daughters who are 32 and 37 are managers of NFP who work with youth suffering from family displacement, mental health and so on.
I spend a lot of my time supporting my children and my grand children we meet up regularly at their houses and or cafes etc.
They would rarely if anytime visit me at my accommodation as it is easier for me to travel to them.
I would be interested in meeting up with any prospective landlord or flatmates that are interested in considering me as a suitable tenant.
