Hi, I relocated from Gold Coast back to Melbourne in Sept and have been flat-sharing.
I work as a Procurement Manager in a company in Pakenham.
Financially I'm very stable and will ensure that you get your rent in advance via DD.
I'm an early riser and leave home from Oakleigh just before 6am.
I have a car & a motorbike and would require a safe parking spot for my motorbike at least.
I am looking for a home to be shared with just myself as I dont like a crowded house. So that would make the 2 of us.
I would love to have a big wardrobe as I have a lot of clothes, especially winterwear.
I’m very pedantic about cleanliness & keep my surroundings neat n tidy.
Please note that the home should have a proper heating & cooling system and am sure you'll empathize with me.
My meal preps are very basic, with a bit of Greek spices and follow a Mediterranean diet to keep healthy.
I love to have a chat or a yarn after work but also aware that the opposite person needs their space & privacy.
After work I love to go on my long walks or hit the gym, making an effort to maintain my strength & fitness.
On a weekend, weather permits, I would to love to explore this beautiful city or go for long rides on my motorbike.
I have a few friends in Melb and do catch up with them once a month in the city or their homes. I've gone past the days of big parties at home or having a wild night out.
My hobbies are photography, music and am trying to develop my knowledge in AI.
Love to watch rugby (Union & League), cricket, F1 & tennis. Would love to go to a game if I had the right company!

I have rented out my apartment in Surfers Paradise with all my furniture, so will require a furnished room or can also buy my own bed & mattress.
I keep my cooking very simple, mostly pan-baked or air fried, chicken or meat with Greek herbs & spices. I plan my meal prep for the week on the weekends, so there's no or very minimal cooking during the week.
