Admin Stuff~

Unfortunately my current home is being sold so I am back on the hunt for a new place to call home, and some friendly housemates to live with!

I am able to move in ASAP, but can move in any time ideally within March, or early April.

I am also available for inspection/interviews at any time of any day!

I will need an UNFURNISHED bedroom, as I come with a whole bedroom setup.

My preferred max rent is $250 p/w, but willing to go a little higher if location/house is good.

About me~

I'm a social introvert and a homely housemate.

I love spending time alongside my housemates, watching tv, yapping and gossiping, having dinners, and depending on how close we could be, also enjoy spending time out of the house together if that'sthe vibe.
But also love just chilling in our own space, doing our own things independently.

I am also quite social out of the house too, with a pretty strong social life, hanging with friends, going out for dinner/drinks/nights out, having sleepovers, going to events etc.

I am currently unemployed due to medical reasons, but am on fortnightly centrelink payments which can comfortably cover the rent, bills and any extra costs. I will also be looking for work in the near future once I've settled into the locale.

My hobbies include -
camping, socialising, watching movies/series, reading books (fanfic too), playing PC games (i have a dual monitor system!), building Lego and knockoff brands, trying and failing artsy stuff, retail therapy, petting dogs and many more

Ideally I would like a house that feels more like a home. With community, connection, and bonds growing every day.

I am usually quite social and enjoy hanging out in the lounge with others, talking about our days, our beliefs, our random thoughts.

I would also like a house that isn't necessarily a party house, but one that is more prone to social nights, louder energies, constant movements throughout the house.
A household that is more compatible with my lifestyle and movements.

I am happy to share foods, help cook, communal gatherings etc. But I am also happy to have separate independent dinners.

I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, but I do not mind if others are - just dont expect me to change my diet.

I do not have much furniture outside of the bedroom, however there is cat stuff (towers, toys etc), a bookcase and desk that may need to be in a communal space (depending on space), and camping gear ideally in a garage/shed.
