I'm a friendly and relaxed guy. I'm a full time professional Sales & Marketing Property Consultant working in Real Estate industry in the Western suburb.
I'm looking to move into a flat/house-share for ideally long term (at least 6 months +).
I'm clean and tidy, responsible and very respectful. I treat any flat like a home and have a lot of house-share experience since I was 18. I get along with my flatmates and respect their space and privacy but also like to hang out occasionally for chats, dinners or a drink or two when it suits.
During the weekdays and weekends I'm busy at work, and in the evenings I like getting outside and being active, or relaxing at home watching movies, TV or sports.
