Just seeing what the markets like as I’m currently living alone but tossing up going back to sharehousing to save money.
I work a full time 9-5 and occasionally travel for work. I like to have the option to work from home and prefer a household that is quiet and chilled as opposed to socially active. I don’t mind social and can be quite outgoing, I just spend a lot of time on my own and am more used to that kind of environment.
I’ve shared previously and understand the need for boundaries, personal space and open communication.
I’d definitely be keen for somewhere close to a train station and with off street parking.
