Heya new potential housemates,

My name’s Samuel (or Sam for short ☺️), and I’m 24 years old. I’ve lived in the US for four years, and I’m currently a Marketing major at RMIT University. I also work part-time in hospitality for a hotel chain, so you’ll mostly find me at work or studying.

A bit about me:
I enjoy cleaning (with music to make it more fun), and I know it’s important to keep shared spaces tidy. I’m happy to be on a cleaning roster, and you won’t have to worry about messes—I like to keep things organised.

I’m sociable and easygoing, but I also will respect others’ privacy and down time, looking for someone who will be the same. I’m always up for a chat, but I understand when someone needs their space. Communication is key in any relationship, whether it’s with friends or housemates.

I’m an ambivert; I enjoy going out for drinks (just gin and sodas for me) when I’m in the mood, but I also love staying in—movie nights over bar hopping any day (tho would never say no to Sircuit on Friday night haha)! I like to cook occasionally (with a fire extinguisher nearby, just to be safe lmao), or you can lead and I’ll help out with food prep.

I’m also trying to get into fitness, so if you’re into it too, I’d appreciate any tips or motivation!

If you have a pet, that’s a bonus for me—I love animals and wouldn’t mind sharing the space with another housemate and their pet. The more, the merrier! I’m also happy to help look after your pets if you’re busy or out of town—just let me know in advance.

I’m reliable will pay rent on time, I am currently working and also receiving support from parents.

I do like food sharing with people I live with as I do enjoy cooking from time to time but most of the time I will order takeouts haha.
