A flatmate will be flexible, take time to listen to everyone's needs in maintaining a friendly and respectful relationship. They are able to negotiate in order to manage any problem situations that may arise. They understand the nature of giving each other space and are respectful to routine and work commitments.
Food sharing and furniture
We are open to sharing, open to preparing our own, or a bit of both. I am pescatarian whilst Sandor eats meat. We will bring decor items and cultery/utensils. But can also negotiate with any tenants on what furniture/decor items already exist in the common spaces. Although we do have beautiful healthy plants that need a home! We do have access to big furniture items if needed.
